CHARLIE SCOTT RETURNS TO TULSA FOR SECOND SEASON

Forward Charlie Scott returns to Tulsa Oilers for the 2025-26 season

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Oilers Junior Hockey Club, proud member of the North American 3 Hockey League and partner of the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills and Ruffin Event Center, announced Thursday the re-signing of forward Charlie Scott for the 2025-26 season.

Scott, 19, appeared in 42 games last season, logging three goals and six assists.

“Bringing Charlie back was a top priority this offseason,” said Head Coach Chi-Yin Tse. “He’s excited to return to Tulsa and we’re both expecting a strong sophomore campaign. With his ability to control the play, he’ll be a key asset up front. We were impressed by how he pushed himself last season and can’t wait to see how far he can go this year.”

Prior to his junior career, the 6-foot-2 forward split time with the Oakland Bears 18U AA and high school programs. In 29 games with the 18U AA squad, the Antioch, California native netted 12 goals and 15 assists, adding four goals and six assists in 13 games with the Oakland Bears high school squad.

Scott joins Stone Baulch and David Gifford as announced signings for the 2025-26 season. Stay tuned for more roster transactions as the offseason progresses.

The Oilers open up the season at home against the Austin Ice Bats on Friday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. The weekend continues from the WeStreet Ice Center on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m.
