TOBY HOUSE SIGNS WITH OILERS FOR ROOKIE CAMPAIGN

Forward Toby House signs with Tulsa Oilers for rookie campaign

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Oilers Junior Hockey Club, proud member of the North American 3 Hockey League and partner of the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills and Ruffin Event Center, announced Tuesday the signing of forward Toby House for the 2025-26 season.

House, 18, joins Tulsa after spending the entirety of his high school career with the Wichita Junior Thunder.

“We’ve followed Toby closely over the past two seasons in Wichita and have always admired his work ethic and ability to retrieve pucks,” Head Coach Chi-Yin Tse said. “We wanted him in Tulsa to help establish a culture where effort, both on and off the ice, sets the tone for our team.”

In 78 games throughout four seasons with the Jr. Thunder, the Wichita, Kansas native recorded 48 goals and 48 assists. The 5-foot-8 forward reunites with his former netminder, David Gifford, where the duo took part in three-consecutive league championships for the Jr. Thunder.

House joins Jack Salverson, Evan Scholl, Henry Pinkerman, Kurtis Brachlow, Cassius Hook, Johnny Arruda, Noah Leriger, Charlie Scott, David Gifford and Stone Baulch as announced signings for the 2025-26 season. Stay tuned for more roster transactions as the offseason progresses.

The Oilers open up the season at home against the Austin Ice Bats on Friday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. The weekend continues from the WeStreet Ice Center on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m.
