HENRY PINKERMAN RETURNS FOR SECOND YEAR IN TULSA

Second-leading scorer Henry Pinkerman returns to Tulsa Oilers for the 2025-26 season

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Oilers Junior Hockey Club, proud member of the North American 3 Hockey League and partner of the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills and Ruffin Event Center, announced Wednesday the re-signing of forward Henry Pinkerman for the 2025-26 season.

Pinkerman, 18, finished second in points last season with eight goals and 15 assists in 44 games. Pinkerman was named the team captain on Feb. 6 of last season, after Austin Tyler was dealt to the Helena Bighorns in a series of deadline moves.

“We’re thrilled to have Henry back in Tulsa this season,” Head Coach Chi-Yin Tse said. “He brings leadership, a strong work ethic and intensity to our group. We’re looking forward to channeling that energy to help unify and elevate our team both on and off the ice.”

Prior to beginning his junior career, the Frisco, Texas native split time between Frisco High West and Texas Tigers 18U AA. Appearing in 30 games, Pinkerman netted 17 goals and logged nine assists for 26 points with Frisco High West. The 5-foot-9 forward appeared in 18 games for the Tigers, logging four goals and five assists.

Pinkerman joins Kurtis Brachlow, Cassius Hook, Johnny Arruda, Noah Leriger, Charlie Scott, Stone Baulch and David Gifford as announced signings for the 2025-26 season. Stay tuned for more roster transactions as the offseason progresses.

The Oilers open up the season at home against the Austin Ice Bats on Friday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. The weekend continues from the WeStreet Ice Center on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m.
