JACK SALVERSON RETURNS TO OILERS CREASE FOR SECOND SEASON

Goaltender Jack Salverson returns to Tulsa Oilers for the 2025-26 season

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Oilers Junior Hockey Club, proud member of the North American 3 Hockey League and partner of the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills and Ruffin Event Center, announced Monday the re-signing of goaltender Jack Salverson for the 2025-26 season.

Salverson, 19, appeared in 26 games last season, posting a 5.55 GAA, .901 save percentage and a 2-19-1 record.

“Shoring up the backend was our top priority this offseason,” said Head Coach Chi-Yin Tse. “Getting Jack back is a huge step forward — he’s a key piece of our team. He looked outstanding at his NAHL camp, and it’s clear he put in the work this summer.”

Prior to beginning his junior career, the 6-foot-2 goaltender spent the 2023-24 season with Saint Mary’s Prep. In 14 games, the San Jose, California native posted a 2.35 GAA and .924 save percentage.

Salverson joins Evan Scholl, Henry Pinkerman, Kurtis Brachlow, Cassius Hook, Johnny Arruda, Noah Leriger, Charlie Scott, David Gifford and Stone Baulch as announced signings for the 2025-26 season. Stay tuned for more roster transactions as the offseason progresses.

The Oilers open up the season at home against the Austin Ice Bats on Friday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. The weekend continues from the WeStreet Ice Center on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m.
