JUNIOR OILERS ACQUIRE VETERAN FORWARD FROM GILLETTE
Tulsa Junior Oilers acquire Caleb Gamboa from the Gillette Wild in exchange for one 2026 tender
TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Junior Oilers, proud member of the NA3HL and partner of the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills and Ruffin Event Center, announced Wednesday the acquisition of Caleb Gamboa in exchange for one 2026 tender.
Gamboa, 20, appeared in 17 games for the Gillette Wild, registering one goal and three assists.
“We’re excited to welcome Caleb to Tulsa this season,” Head Coach Chi-Yin Tse said. “His veteran presence will be a valuable asset both on and off the ice. With his experience in the NA3 over the past few seasons, we’ll look to him to be a steady voice and leader throughout the year.”
Prior to his tenure in Gillette, the 6-foot-1 forward spent the 2023-24 season and part of the 2024-25 season with Great Falls, notching four assists with the Americans in 39 outings.
