JUNIOR OILERS COMPLETE SERIES OF TRADES
Kolin Krizan has been traded to the Norwich Sea Captains and Bruin Schwendeman has been acquired from the Willmar Warhawks.
TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Junior Oilers, proud member of the NA3HL and partner of the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills and Ruffin Event Center, announced Tuesday the trade of Kolin Krizan to the Norwich Sea Captains in exchange for one 2025 tender and a 2025 second-round draft pick. In a separate transaction, the Jr. Oilers announce the acquisition of Bruin Schwendeman from the Willmar Warhawks in exchange for future considerations.
Schwendeman, 19, started the year with the Willmar Warhawks, appearing in 13 games.
“Bruin brings size, strength and experience to the lineup,” said head coach Zac Desjardins. “He’s a utility player that’s capable of playing both ways. Bringing him in creates competition on both sides of the game. He’s going to be a good addition for us.”
The 5-foot-11, Greeley, Colorado native split time last season with the Decatur Blaze of the USPHL and Danbury Hat Tricks of the NA3HL.
The Jr. Oilers are back in action on Friday against the Louisiana Drillers. Puck drop from Planet Ice Arena in Lafayette, Louisiana is set for 4:05 p.m.
